At CASESTER, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return at your own shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at the online chat service or contact us form. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at the online chat service or contact us form.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at casesterofficial@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Our returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. Under the law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
